FAQ’s

All sessions will be presented in Eastern Time (ET).

Get the latest Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, or Safari. 

Sessions will be available on-demand starting April 16 until June 23, 2023. Please note, some speakers have elected not to be available on-demand.

Make sure you’re logged in, go to the Sessions page and click on the title of each session you are interested in viewing. Add it to your agenda (if it is not already there) by clicking on the “Register and Add to my Agenda” button. You can then join or watch by clicking the green join presentation button.

You must already be registered in order to watch sessions. You also must add the sessions you want to your agenda.

First, make sure you added the session to your agenda as per the above.  If you have added the session to your agenda, and are still not seeing the green join presentation button, your browser might be cached on your device. You may need to clear your browser’s cache on the join page. To do so:

• On Windows: ctrl + F5
• On a Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
• On Linux: F5

If the speaker provided us with a copy of their slides, they will be available to download in the Documents Tab of that session.

Yes, go for it! When in a session, click the myNotes tab, type and export them later on.

Go to the My Account page once logged in, you will see a tab called Certificate, click that and then Download Certificate. Please note, your governing body may require a quiz for sessions watched “On-Demand.” There will be no quizzes available for the VET spring edition. We suggest you reach out to your licensing body for CE criteria.
Note: CE certificates will only be available until January 2024. After that, we can’t guarantee access.

Missing credits?
We request you wait until you have listened to all your sessions before reaching out to us, including on-demand. We will be happy to update your certificate at that time.

This course has been approved by the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager Board as applicable toward the continuing education requirement for the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) program offered by the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA), CVPM Course Approval ID#23-26. This program has been approved for 23 hours of continuing education credit (19 hours of continuing education – medical, and 4 hours of continuing education – non-medical) in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval, with 10 hours available to an individual attendee:

Sessions watched on demand may qualify as Continuing Education Credits with your certifying board, but are not RACE Approved.
Please note: Certain licensing boards, particularly Veterinary Technicians, require that on-demand sessions include a quiz in order to qualify for CE. Quizzes are not available for on-demand sessions.

OAVT members please note that although the OAVT accepts VET CE submissions it is not accredited by the OAVT.

Passes and Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred. 
If you’d like to transfer your registration, please email us at [email protected] at least two weeks prior to the conference. We will not process transfers over the phone.
